When will my items be shipped? We work fast! Our current processing time is 2 to 3 business days.

What are my shipping options? Select either standard or priority mail at checkout. Standard mail averages 3 to 5 business days transit time, and priority mail averages 2 to 3 business days transit time. If you're in a time crunch, we definitely recommend priority mail.

Do you accept international orders? Absolutely! All international orders ship via USPS with a tracking number. International customers are responsible for the payment of any customs, duties, taxes, VAT, fees, and tariffs.

Do you accept returns? Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our product, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Care Instructions for Socks: Machine wash cold with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry medium. Remove from dryer promptly. Do not iron or dry clean.

Care Instructions for Ties: We recommend hand washing, spot cleaning, or dry cleaning. Briefly use an iron on low heat to remove any creases.

What makes your socks so special? Ink. Yep, that's right! Back in the day, we used the same heat transfer vinyl that most shops do. We weren't happy with the quality, so we went in search of something better. We now use ink imprinting, which results in a washer and dryer-safe sock!

International European Union (EU) Customers: We happily sell to our international customers and therefore also adhere to EU consumer protection regulations. EU buyers have the right to return non-custom products by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of their order. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or of receiving evidence that the item has been shipped back to us. Buyer pays return postage.
